Introductory Memo
Every generation inherits a nation. Some preserve it, some transform it. However, India’s Gen-Z has been constantly described through statistics about unemployment, social media usage, mental health challenges, or political preferences. Yet this criterion tells only part of the story. Across the country, a different perspective is witnessed. Young Indians are building companies, winning world championships, preserving cultural traditions, solving social problems, and developing technologies that could shape the country's future. They are the ‘achiever’ versions of Gen-Z, an inspiration for others.
